Additional instructions
In order to meet your expectations, we need as much information as possible on a project or issue. Please provide (if possible detailed) technical drawings which we will analyse. Preferably, these should be in one of the following formats:
- 2D files: .dxf .igs .dwg .CATDrawing
- 3D files: .stp .x_t .igs .prt .CATPart
If the files do not contain CAD geometry, please send them in .pdf, .jpg or .tif formats. You can also send us your concept sketches. CAD geometry is required for tool design. The most appropriate file types for quotation or production purposes are solid models.
Providing as complete information as possible (material hardness, dimensions, tolerance) will shorten the waiting time for a quote.
