Quality

For many years we have been certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by the renowned certification body DQS. We have also implemented ISO 13485:2016 at our production plant in Skierniewice.

Management through quality and care for the environment are our basic standards. We co-operate with Customers from many different industries, and therefore we are able to meet diverse requirements and quality standards. This is evidenced, for example, by the successfully completed audits carried out at our plant by well-known automotive corporations, which are among the most demanding Customers in the industry.

The integrated ERP information system provides full control over all processes within the company and allows us to plan the optimum utilization of resources. We have been also successively implementing further elements of the “lean manufacturing” philosophy.

We care about the quality of our products at every step, from checking the properties of raw materials, through the automation of production processes, up to the control of outgoing products:

• In the laboratory, we test the physical and mechanical properties of materials, such as hardness, compression set, tear strength, elongation at break and volatile content
• The production lines are equipped with laser metering devices which continuously control the dimensions of the extruded products, record and statistically process the results on the company central server and correct the process parameters in real time thanks to feedback.
• Final products are checked using microscopes and scanners for precise measurements of elastic products, using non-contact methods.

The quality policy includes also far-reaching automation of production and control processes, aimed at the elimination of all repetitive manual activities. Such operations as cutting profiles into sections of any length, drilling ventilation holes or laser marking are performed by automatic devices integrated with the production lines, and do not delay the product manufacturing cycle in any way.
